All prices are quoted in AU dollars and shipping charges are to be added. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and added when doing checkout. Please see our shipping info page for approximate shipping costs.

Please note that we only post on Tuesdays and Fridays if you require something to get to you faster please let us know.

We ship via Australia Post Parcel Post service and send all items via Registered or Express post within Australia and Airmail for all International orders.(Airmail normally takes 3-10 working days)

Orders are processed via our secure online shopping cart. Simply select the item(s) you wish to order, select your choice of embroidery design and any extras where available, once you have filled in your choices add your item to the cart. You can view your cart at any time by clicking on the view cart link that is at the top of every page.

If purchasing multiples of a particular item and each one is to have a different embroidery design or name, you will need to add each one to the cart individually.

Personalised items can not be returned for errors made by the customer when ordering. So please take care when making your selections and filling in name details.

All credit card payments are processed via Paypals secure site. (According to the Paypal site it is now no longer necessary to have an account with paypal before making a purchase).

Australian buyers also have the option of paying with direct bank deposit or Australia Post Money Orders.

As all embroidered and custom made items are individually crafted to order. Please allow 3 weeks lead time for order dispatch. (Most orders are filled within 7 business days depending on our workload). Larger orders will take a little longer depending on the size of the order.

Business hours: As we settle in our business hours will vary but for the most part will be standard business hours.  Any queries will be answered the same day they are asked.
